Shipping policy

General Shipping Policy

Studio Cycle Group Inc. will ship all confirmed orders within 2 business days along with an invoice and payment confirmation. All items shipped will be new and in their original packaging whenever possible.  Customers will be notified if original packaging is not available for any reason.

Delivery Method

Local pick up

Customers have the option of picking up their order in store at 2923 Dundas Street West, Toronto ON M6P 1Z1 during regular business hours. An email confirmation will be sent to the customer once the order is ready for pick up. If the order has not been picked up within 7 days, it will be cancelled and a 15% restocking fee will apply. A refund will be issued to the customer and a notice of refund sent via email.

Orders shipped within Canada

Shipped orders will be sent via preferred courier. A shipping confirmation email will be sent with order tracking information once the order has been shipped. Remote areas or PO Boxes will be shipped via Canada Post.

International orders

Orders shipped to the continental USA will be subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $40 CAD.  All other international orders to be shipped outside of Canada will be handled manually by a representative of Studio Cycle Group and a shipping quote provided to the customer prior to releasing the order. Customs clearance and related brokerage or duty charges will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery times may vary. We are unable to guarantee and exact delivery date or time. Customers may track their orders using the information provided in their shipping confirmation email.
