General Shipping Policy

Studio Cycle Group Inc. will ship all confirmed orders within 2 business days along with an invoice and payment confirmation. All items shipped will be new and in their original packaging whenever possible.  Customers will be notified if original packaging is not available for any reason.

Vehicle transactions are treated as deposits only; online payment is accepted up to a maximum of $1000 as a courtesy and do not imply free shipping on these items.  Vehicle sales contract must be signed in store, and balance of contract paid with certified funds.  Please contact us for full details.

Delivery Method

Local pick up

Customers have the option of picking up their order in store at 2923 Dundas Street West, Toronto ON M6P 1Z1 during regular business hours. An email confirmation will be sent to the customer once the order is ready for pick up. If the order has not been picked up within 7 days, it will be cancelled and a 10% restocking fee will apply. A refund will be issued to the customer and a notice of refund sent via email.

Orders shipped within Canada

Shipped orders will be sent via Canada Post or preferred courier. A shipping confirmation email will be sent with order tracking information once the order has been shipped.

International orders

All orders to be shipped outside of Canada will be handled manually by a representative of Studio Cycle Group and a shipping quote provided to the customer prior to releasing the order. We do not offer free shipping outside of Canada. Customs clearance and related brokerage or duty charges will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery times may vary. We are unable to guarantee and exact delivery date or time. Customers may track their orders using the information provided in their shipping confirmation email.

General Return Policy

Studio Cycle Group Inc. will accept returned items within 15 days of the purchase date if accompanied by a valid receipt and the original tags, documentation and packaging.

Customers may request an exchange of merchandise for another available item or request a refund.

A 10% re-stocking fee will apply to all items returned for a refund.

There are no fees for exchanges if the requested exchange item is in stock. Should a suitable exchange not be available, a refund will be issued and the 10% re-stocking fee on the original returned item will apply.

There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on sale items, helmets, used parts, or electrical components.

Returns and exchanges may be refused, regardless of item status on the website, while Studio Cycle is under provincial lockdown and/or stay-at-home order due to Covid-19.

Return / Exchange Process

Customers who wish to return or exchange merchandise must send an email to requesting a Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA #). The email must include the following:

  • Customer Name
  • Original Order Number
  • Complete description or Item number for return/exchange (and item requested in exchange if applicable)
  • Reason for return/exchange

A representative of Studio Cycle Group will then send an email reply with an RMA # and shipping instructions for the return goods. RMA #s will not be issued to customers over the phone.

The customer is responsible for re-packaging the goods to prevent any shipping damage.

Returns due to an error made on the part of Studio Cycle Group while processing the original order will be sent back with a pre-paid shipping label at our expense. All other returns or exchanges are to be sent pre-paid by the customer using the carrier of their choice (we recommend Canada Post).

Items picked up in store by the customer may be returned in person once an RMA# has been issued.

Once a return item has been received by Studio Cycle Group, a refund or exchange will be processed within 3 business days and a confirmation of refund /exchange will be emailed to the customer.
